NEW YORK (May 20, 2015) ─ Questex Travel Group today announced early bird pricing of $75 for travel professionals who register by June 30 for its Travel Industry Exchange event, which will debut Sept. 15-17 in Orlando, Florida, at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.
The event will emphasize niche travel and specialization and feature one-to-one appointments, networking events and educational programs designed to help travel professionals and global suppliers build on their specializations and grow their businesses.
Travel Industry Exchange will offer over 60 sessions focused on specific revenue-generating niche segments including certification programs in luxury travel, cruise ship travel and weddings and romance as well as concentrated programs in technology, trends, destinations and millennial travel.

Questex Travel Group recently issued a white paper titled “Why Specialization is the Key to Future Growth,” which determined that the majority of travel professionals advocate specialization and are flourishing as a result. According to a Questex Travel Group survey, more than 70 percent of travel professionals said they believe it is important to market themselves as niche or destination specialists.
“It has definitely come full circle,” said Jill Taylor of Chicago-based Jetset World Travel, which specializes in destination, special-occasion and multigenerational travel. “We are so busy right now, we are turning away business.”
