Well let’s start with the basics. First, this event will go from an expo to a fully hosted buyer event. What does that mean? It means that all attending travel agents will be fully hosted including air, hotel, and meals. And in return, they will be obliged to fulfill all their one-to-one appointments with participating travel suppliers.
In addition, suppliers will each have the ability to participate on a panel, giving a full nine hours of dedicated face time with relevant agents.
Finally, the attending agents will be pre-qualified, via a rigorous application process and have a minimum sales requirement of $1 million a year in annual bookings. A win win for any attending supplier.
